Brochures. Hardcopy brochures are no longer available for purchase.
Photos. If you want to take a closer look at one of my creations before buying, I will email you a megapixel digital JPEG image. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ordering. Complete the automated process to place your order via our secure server. Or if you prefer to place your order by phone, call 860-355-5709 between 10am and 5pm Eastern time daily. PayPal, credit cards (via PayPal only), checks or money orders* are accepted for payment. Layaways also available - 25% down followed by three equal monthly payments.
Note: You may pay securely using your credit card without having to register for a PayPal account. You can do this on a one-time basis without having to pay any fees and without storing your credit card information on their site.

Shipping. All items (except horses) include free shipping (3rd class US Mail) to any address in the continental US. Allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. If there is a delay, you will be notified.
Returns. You may return most items for a full refund within 30 days from the date of shipping as long as the item is in its original condition. Custom orders and sale items are not returnable. Patterns cannot be returned after the pattern envelope is opened. Spun Cotton Ornament Class by Mail Kit and Izannah Walker Reproduction Doll Class by Mail are not returnable. Contact me immediately upon receipt if damage occurs in shipping.
Restorations. I also restore antique bears. The price is $12. per hour plus materials. Send an email to make arrangements for a free estimate. I strongly urge you to first get an independent appraisal to determine how restoration would affect the value of your bear.
Wholesale. Prior to initial orders, wholesale buyers must submit a copy of their resale certificate and business card or letterhead. Once this information is on file, you will be sent a password that will allow you to access the online wholesale catalog. First-time wholesale buyers must purchase a minimum of $275., with minimum reorder of $100. No returns unless damage occurs in shipping. Contact me immediately upon receipt in that case. Wholesale buyers are charged 8% of total order for shipping.
